2007 AIBA Cadet World Championships              

The final curtain came down on the 6th AIBA Cadet World Championships in Baku, Azerbaijan on Saturday amongst joyous scenes with nine different countries walking away with gold medals.India's Vipin Kumar (50kg) named the tournament's best boxer while hosts Azerbaijan topped the points and medal ranking by with 36 points followed by Russia (27 points) and Uzbekistan (24 points). Meanwhile India had the highest points per boxer with points with Cuba (3.6) and Azerbaijan (2.8) filling the podium places.
